Dating back to the Renaissance era, biomechanics has been used for centuries to analyize muscular and skeletal dynamics.  More modern day biomechanics combines physical and engineering expertise with knowledge from the biological and medical sciences. Widely used in injury prevention for athletes, we use this technique in all of our sessions/programs/workout plans to better understand how to optimize interaction of our clients in their everyday life. HIIT Training

 HIIT or high intensity interval training bcame popular about a decade ago when studies sarted to show that “intervals” delivered the biggest the biggest health improvements for any workout. In 2020 HIIT was voted one of the top fitness trends and is now used by athletes and performers world wide.  In Short HIIT combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. One of the main benefits of HIIT is improving cardio-respiratory health and greatly improves VO2 max, which is a measure of  endurance that calculates the maximum volume of oxygen the body can use, and one of the best predictors of overall health.
